A re-imagining of the fable in terms of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, in a variety of theatrical styles, catalyzing debate and transferring knowledge through humor, satire and drama.

Cultural activist and playwright Mike van Graan has served as UNESCO Technical Adviser, Executive Director of the African Arts Institute and Secretary General of Arterial Network. Currently he is President of the African Cultural Policy Network and Interim Secretariat for the Global South Arts and Culture Initiative. His plays include Green Man Flashing, Brothers in Blood, Die Generaal, Bafana Republic, Rainbow Scars, Pay Back the Curry, When Swallows Cry, State Fracture and Land Acts.
