Walks of Art has been put together for everyone curious about London and about the place of modern and contemporary art in it. It takes you on a walking tour of public works of art created by famous and less well-known artists. It introduces you to places connected to art – museums and galleries housing great collections, public squares and parks , churches, secular buildings and sometimes more hidden locations. And it includes some of the places where the artists lived, worked, studied and socialized.
Each walk is designed to take about an hour.
